The site enhances ongoing relationships with members by delivering relevant information to them and encouraging their feedback and participation. For Screen Training Ireland this means alerting trainees to upcoming courses which are relevant to their particular profiles. The Screen Training Ireland website also further develops member relationships, facilitating transactions in the form of online booking and payment for training courses.

The MBA Association of Ireland

Kratos has worked with this registered charity on their digital strategy for over four years. An initial brochure website built by Kratos was later scaled up to become a dynamic site. In this way, the website has evolved to become a central active reference point for members of the Association.

The dynamic site was built on top of a robust and scaleable database of members which formed the foundation of the mailing system, rendering the MBA Association “e-centric”. Within six months of its launch, the dynamic site had saved the Association almost €9,000 in print and postage charges alone and after the first year, roughly 85% of MBA members were online and communicating only through the email system. The most recent addition to the MBA site was an online payment and reservation system.
